Pan Liucheng

Expert on Loan

Pan Liucheng joined UNESCO-UNEVOC in the "Innovation and the Future of TVET" team in October 2022 as an Expert on Loan. He is on behalf of Shenzhen Polytechnic (SZPT), which is a UNEVOC network member as well as UNESCO chairholder on "digital transformation in TVET". Prior to his current assignment, he served as a researcher and lecturer at SZPT for six years. His recent projects focused on the digital transformation in TVET. He is also an experienced lecturer on courses related to innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Pan Liucheng pursued his studies in China. He holds a master's degree in E-learning from National Chiao-Tung University in Hsinchu, and a bachelor's degree in Educational Administration from South China Normal University in Guangzhou. He is currently pursuing his doctoral study in Information and Communication Technology in Education at The Education University of Hong Kong. His recent academic outputs were published as journal articles in renowned international journals and Chinese domestic publications, which were mainly in the field of technology-assisted learning, learning motivation, educational cognition and psychology.
