Vera Hark

Head of Project / Technical Advisor

Vera is the Project Manager/Technical advisor at the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). BILT addresses key challenges in TVET by encouraging European UNEVOC centres and other relevant actors to share innovative practices. The European cooperation is organized along five thematic strands: Green and Sustainable TVET professions; Entrepreneurship in TVET; Industry 4.0 and Digitalisation in TVET; Migration and Integration in TVET; New Competences and Qualifications for Relevant TVET Careers.

Prior to joining BIBB, Vera worked on EU-funded projects in international education cooperation with a focus on VET in European border regions. She further contributed to European cooperation as a researcher for the University of Maastricht and as coordinator of a Franco-German exchange platform that facilitates international relations between professionals. Vera holds joint degrees in Franco-German and European Studies from France and Germany.
