Between June 2018 and November 2021, 1,467 professionals participated in 69 subsidized vocational training programmes lasting 50 hours each. The training programmes were delivered remotely using distance learning methodologies, including the use of training manuals, an e-Learning platform, a help desk, educational materials, case studies, virtual work scenarios and educational mentoring. 1,379 trainees passed the certification exams and were certified to ISO/IEC 17024 standard.
