The Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) in Jordan is a government corporation. Training is the core business of VTC. It offers training programs at the basic working levels (semi-skilled / skilled / craftsman) and is currently working in collaboration with the Al-Balqaa Applied University to implement nine training programs at the level of technical diploma(comprehensive test, community college diploma) and the parallel technical diploma from VTC. In addition, VTC conducts several specialized training programs according to the requirements of the private sector. VTC also offers model skill centers of Excellence:

1- Pharmaceutical manufacturers

2- Renewable Energy and Energy efficiency

3- Water and Environment

As the VTC expanded the provision of its services in all governorates of the Kingdom to serve industrial and population gatherings and civil society institutions, it changed its training patterns based on training in the workplace to provide trainees with the performance skills necessary to practice work.

There are 35 VTC institutes in all governorates, and the number of training sites is (43) sites.
