The UNEVOC Center of the Bilingual Technical School of Nkolbisson is a public institution of education and technical and professional training of second cycle. Each year, the School welcomes more than 4500 learners and student teachers from the ENSET (Ecole Normale Supérieure de l'Enseignement Technique) for their practical training in pedagogy. The school offers technical and vocational training to students in eighteen industry specialties divided into 58 divisions. It has important work tools such as the digital resource center, a large library that helps to easily implement technologies.

The School is an experimental center for new training strategies in technical secondary education in Cameroon. It aims to reduce the unemployment rate in the country, reduce poverty, contribute to the emergence of Cameroon in the 2035 horizon, participate in the national debate on national TVET policy in Cameroon and prepare young Cameroonians for the world of work.
