The DPE is actively involved in planning developing and coordinating polytechnics throughout Malaysia. The polytechnics conduct diploma and advanced diploma level programmes in the field of engineering, technology, commerce and services for post-secondary students. The duration of these programmes are between 3 to 5 years.
