An institute engaged in training of human resources and personnel in the areas of engineering, construction, commerce, information technology and education/training in technology for teachers. The Institute engages itself in planning and educational research and conducts tracer studies for students. Programmes are offered to grade 12 students, teachers, instructors, and secretaries in government departments and other offices.
The Institute is in the process of offering higher level programmes (HND, BTEC and BSC) as part of the tertiary integration process with the Universityof the Gambia in the area of architectural engineering, civil and construction engineering, machanical, electrical/electronics engineering.
