Introduction

As implement of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Husain visions in the development of human resources through training programs concerned with technical and vocational training, the National Center for Training and Rehabilitation of Trainers was established as one of Al-Balqa’ Applied University’s centers, which is concerned with training and qualifying trainers for the public and private sectors in the academic, applied and professional fields. In order to develop human cadres in all disciplines.

Excellence and advancement in training and qualification of trainers.

Mission:

To be a center of excellence that is exemplified and embodied by the highest levels of professional expertise.

At the national and regional levels in the field of training and qualifying trainers in particular, and in the field of human resource development in general.

Goals:

Qualifying trainers to be more professional and more able to develop and update their methods, tools according to their diverse needs.



Objectives

Objectives:

• Developing the professional competencies of trainers and training officials to improve the outputs of TVET programs in the public and private sectors.

• Preparing qualified trainers to work in TVET institutions.

• Cooperation and exchange experiences with institutions, institutes and peer expertise houses at all local, regional and international levels.

• Create and provide a database of trainers.

• Conducting research, studies and providing technical advice on training needs of trainers. Categories and beneficiaries:

  • Professional and technical trainers and educators.
  • Head sections of training and human resources in public and private institutions.
  • Vocational and technical training and education institutions, as well as productive and service institutions
  • Public and private sectors, the Jordanian Armed Forces and the security services.

Une délégation jordanienne en visite à l'UNESCO-UNEVOC
L'UNESCO-UNEVOC a accueilli dans ses locaux une délégation de Jordanie le 10 novembre 2014. La délégation comprenait des représentants de deux Centres UNEVOC de Jordanie.
