The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia (MoESCS) develops and strengthens the Vocational Education and Training System all around Georgia to ensure the synergy between the needs of the labor market, the professional skills of graduates and qualifications offered by the educational institutions in a lifelong learning perspective – to achieve: * Employability on local and international labor market Update qualification, develop professional standards and vocational programmes; * Engagement and/or participation of vulnerable groups, disability and etc; * Promoting the participation of social partners; * Geographic Accessibility for VET.

The MoESCS is committed to creating a modern and innovative educational and scientific environment with the participation of the public. This environment is based on the principles of freedom of choice and cooperation, fair competition and equal opportunities, respect for civic unity and cultural identity, and encourages people to acquire and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for social success and self-realization.
