    SESSION 3 - Technical plenary consultation on Rethinking governance of TVET
    This session will gather the perspectives of different types of stakeholders concerned with the governance of TVET system. It will stimulate discussion on the contexts and roles of stakeholders in TVET governance, and where their participation could be improved to contribute and succeed in achieving the goals of TVET for youth employment, teacher upskilling and development, training fund mobilization and employer/ trade union cooperation.
