To celebrate World Teachers’ day 2015, the teachers from the Department of Technology Education at the University of Eldoret, our UNEVOC Centre in Kenya, held lectures and shared flyers to highlight the importance of the Day and the meaningful role teachers play in the education system. To show their appreciation, students were also asked to send SMS messages to their teachers to thank them.
The event was attended by teachers and students from the Department of Technology Education, as well as from other university departments.
