National Institute of Employment and Professional Formation, Uruguay, joins the UNEVOC Network

In December 2013, the National Institute of Employment and Professional Formation (INEFOP), Uruguay, joined the UNEVOC Network. INEFOP acts in the field of employment and vocational training in the private sector. It represents a variety of stakeholders in the country, including ministries, Chambers of Commerce, employers’ associations and trade unions, and emphasizes the interests of employers and workers, as well as sections of the population more vulnerable to unemployment. INEFOP is committed to promoting international and regional cooperation for human resource development, mobilizing technical expertise and resources and sharing best and innovative practices.
