Communications Focal Point
Nickola joined UNESCO-UNEVOC in August 2018. As Communications Focal Point, she is responsible for the International Centre's social media and online content. She also manages the Promising Practices database and acts as Regional Focal Point for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Nickola holds a Master of Arts (Hons) in Languages from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland and a Master of Law in International Relations from Shandong University, China. She has worked as an English teacher in Barbados, Japan and China, and prior to joining UNESCO-UNEVOC, worked in Finance and Administration at UNU-ViE.
