La transformation numérique en cours du monde professionnel a un impact sur les métiers, les qualifications et les compétences de l’EFTP. Ce projet de recherche porte sur les changements qui interviennent sur le marché du travail suisse résultant de la digitalisation et de ses effets sur l’enseignement et la formation professionnels. Les résultats, ayant démontré très peu de changements perturbateurs, ont toutefois prouvé l’importance de la mise à jour régulière des programmes et de la règlementation en matière de formation, compte tenu des nouvelles technologies et des changements numériques.
