On 7 October 2009, State Minister Wondwossen Kiflu, Ministry of Education, Ethiopia
, visited the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre in Bonn. The Minister was accompanied by Dr Josef Most from GTZ (German Development Cooperation).
The main purpose of the visit was to exchange ideas on TVET strategies for Ethiopia. The following issues were discussed:
