Balanced scorecard

(context: UNEVOC innovation framework) The balanced scorecard is a tool for measuring the innovation performance of TVET institutions. It has four dimensions (strategy and management, teaching and learning, products and services, and ecosystem relationship management), which are intended to represent all the processes at TVET institutions. The balanced scorecard also includes a maturity level scale. Each dimension includes specific indicators to capture evidence of performance from stakeholders during consultations.
