UNEVOC Centre Yemen receives TVET-Entrepreneurship Education Award

On 10 February 2014, the Yemen Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training (MTEVT), a UNEVOC Centre, received the TVET-Entrepreneurship Education Award. Organized jointly with the British Council in Sana’a, Yemen, H. E. Dr. Abdel Hafiz Noman, Minister of TEVT patronaged the award for five projects developed as part of TVET Programmes and Institutions. Fifty-five projects were evaluated for the Award covering innovations in TVET Programmes. H.E. the Minister highlighted the cooperation with the British Council on the Award Programme for the second time in Yemen.
