An UNEVOC International Experts Consultation was held from 18 – 20 August 2008 at the Dublin Institute of Technology in Dublin, Ireland.
-The Dublin Institute of Technology is the national UNEVOC Centre for Ireland.
The consultation was jointly organised by:

Issues for joint action and leaders for potential thematic clusters within the Network were identified, the importance of the development of standards for TVET teachers / trainers by UNEVOC Centres was stressed, and the need to develop a UNEVOC Network Extranet was articulated.
