Après avoir reconnu que l’EFTP au Botswana ne jouissait pas de la meilleure des réputations et ne préparait pas de manière adéquate les apprenants au monde du travail, le ‘Conseil de développement des ressources humaines’ du pays a proposé une plate-forme permettant aux parties prenantes d’identifier et d’introduire de nouvelles qualifications et compétences dans un système d’EFTP remanié.
