This is the final report of a survey conducted in 10 countries in various regions of the world. It reviews the current status of vocational guidance programmes available for girls and women including national policy, legislation, funding, programme settings, evaluation etc. in these countries. The authors synthesize the finding and present the trends and future orientations in this field. A set of national strategies to improve career guidance programmes is also recommended based on the results of this extensive survey.
