Donors' engagement. Supporting education in fragile and conflict-affected states

This book gives an overview of the policies, strategies and financial commitments of the 23 influental Western donors that constitute the OECD in relation to education in fragile and conflict-affected states. Three donors, including the European Commission, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, together with two international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) - the International Rescue Committee and Save the Children UK - were interviewed to draw out lessons learned and emerging good practice.
