To further strengthen ILO capacity as a centre of excellence in youth and women employment in MENA, the ILO has undertaken a synthesis review of recent ILO regional experience. The synthesis review identifies practices and strategies from completed initiatives that demonstrate potential for improving employment outcomes for youth and women and document them in a format that informs ILO ongoing progamme development and contributes to the wider discussion on youth employment within the ILO and with regional stakeholders. This report is a summary version of the complete synthesis report.
