This publication presents the results of a workshop held in Amman, Jordan, from 02-04 March 1997 held within the UNESCO project on “Enhancement of Learning and Training Opportunities for Youth”. It summarises the needs identified in Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Gaza and West Bank (Palestinian Authority).
