Yinglin Huang joined UNESCO-UNEVOC in November 2018 as a Trainee for Knowledge Management and Development Programmes. She currently supports the virtual conferences conducted on UNESCO-UNEVOC’s TVeT Forum, publication programmes, and analytical research projects. She is also involved in the UNEVOC Network for the African region.
Yinglin holds a Master’s degree in Educational Planning, Economics, and International Development from University College London, with a focus on educational policy planning and international cooperation in the field of higher education and TVET.
