World Youth Skills Day 2020

Calling all youth in the Mediterranean to share their stories!

Schools and technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions around the world have closed in massive numbers due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

As young people continue to showcase their adaptability and resilience at this challenging time, UNESCO-UNEVOC is calling on all youth in TVET to submit video stories of how they are managing this learning disruption and other challenges that this pandemic has brought along. These stories will be shared as part of a campaign to mark World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) on 15 July 2020 and highlight the importance of skills development for a resilient youth.

We want to include youth voices from the Mediterranean region which will also be featured on the platform. We welcome youth and youth organizations from the Mediterranean region to participate at the WYSD global event which will be a webinar. More information will be updated here.
