Nadja Bornscheuer

Project Assistant

Nadja joined the BILT Team at the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) in April 2022 as a Project Assistant. She supports the “Bridging Line” of the project and is also responsible for PR including the BILT project website at BIBB.

Prior to joining the BILT Team she was active in the field of international vocational training and human resources development. Her focus was the German-American Exchange where she was active in the organization and implementation of transatlantic advanced training and continuing education programs for young executives. She was involved in the supervision and implementation of a scholarship program of the German Bundestag and U.S. Congress; among her responsibilities were the recruitment and monitoring of participants and the development and conduct of seminars and workshops. Nadja holds an advanced degree in Sociology and Political Science.
