UNEVOC Centre (Training provider) since 2008
CFL (Centre for Flexible Learning)/HEA (Halsingland Education Association) , www.hufb.se, is the public centre for all types of adult, VET and distance education in the region of Halsingland, in the rural northern part of Sweden. The CFL/HEA also organizes a 3 years health care programme for youth on upper secondary level. CFL/HEA has about 400 full time staff and 5000 students in part- or fulltime studies on various levels, from basic education up to higher VET and university level. CFL/HEA is a member of the Hälsingeutbildning, a distance learning network, www.halsingeutbildning.se. CFL/HEA has coordinated many local and regional projects, both EU (Grundtvig, Leonardo, Comenius and Erasmus+) and domestic. CFL is one of five adult learning centres that has been selected as “best practices” in Europe by a study initiated by the European commission (DG Education and culture).
CFL is ackreditated by the EuropeActive to train and give certifications to Personal Trainers (PTs) and Group Fitness instructors. CFL is the national centre for UNESCO/UNEVOC in Sweden.
