Promising and Innovative Practices in TVET

UNESCO-UNEVOC acts as a clearinghouse for promising and innovative practices in technical and vocational education and training (TVET). These practices have been selected based on their relevance to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and their advancement of youth employment, access to decent work, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning opportunities.

Les individus qui, parmi la population active souhaitent accéder à une formation complémentaire ou continue, recherchent de plus en plus des options de choix d’étude qui permettent une flexibilité en termes de quand, où, et comment étudier. Les employeurs recherchent eux aussi des solutions de formation attrayantes qui offrent des temps de formation adaptés à leurs employés. Pour permettre aux fournisseurs de formation professionnelle de capitaliser sur ce point, l’offre d’options d’apprentissage personnalisées permet aux participants de gérer leurs engagements personnels et professionnels et répond aux besoins en formation sur mesure de l’industrie. L’initiative ‘Learning Tools and Routes for Individuals (LearnIT)’ du CENFIM, au Portugal en est un exemple. LearnIT offre des approches d’apprentissage individuelles aux stagiaires dans le secteur de la métallurgie qui utilisent un concept d’atelier de fabrication pour simuler des environnements qui répliquent des situations de travail réelles.
