Les migrants mineurs et les jeunes adultes risquent le chômage et l’exclusion sociale en raison de leurs profils peu qualifiés ou des difficultés à reconnaître leurs acquis et qualifications scolaires. L’initiative ‘MiniMaster de Cometa Formazione’ vise à réduire le risque d’exclusion sociale et de chômage des migrants, en comblant le manque de compétences auquel sont confrontées les entreprises locales, et en changeant les attitudes négatives des communautés d’accueil à l’endroit de ce groupe vulnérable.
