The European Digital Skills Certificate (EDSC) will be a tool to help people get their digital skills recognised across Europe by employers, governments, training providers, and more. The EDSC will be based on the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp) and is a concrete action of the Digital Education Action Plan.
The EU plans to roll out the European Digital Skills Certificate in 2024.
