The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is a development financing agency for Latin America and the Caribbean. The IDB provides financial and technical support for countries working to reduce poverty and inequality, and aims to help improve health and education, as well as to advance infrastructure. IDB finances various TVET projects in the region (Haiti, Mexico, The Barbados, Ecuador, among others). Inter-American Development Bank’s 21st Century Skills Coalition in Latin America and the Caribbean also invites institutions outside of the region to join its TVET activities, for example KRIVET)
