Technology-Enabled Learning is taken to refer to the application of some form of digital technology to teaching and/or learning in an educational context. We use the term Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) to describe the use of technology to support students’ learning, the word enabled refers to facilitation: learning is made possible by the use of technology.
