This is the report of the workshop which is a followup to the LLWF initiative launched in Botswana, Gaborone, in December 2000. The workshop aimed to provide to the stakeholders from the Southern African Development Community member states an opportunity to share information and expertise and facilitate their collaboration in the following areas: development of a quality assurance programme, development of a training programme for the unemployed and the informal sector, and HIV/AIDS in TVET staff development.
